K9NW Class Registration

There must be a minimum of 4 dogs to hold a class.
Once a class is registered and/or paid for, no refunds will be given. This applies to new and existing students.
Dogs will need to be comfortable crated in a kennel and staying in the car.
Please bring bedding, cool covers, pop-ups, fans or whatever your dog needs to be made comfortable and cool/warm enough in between working exercises.
Dogs must be able to stay quietly in their vehicles out of sight from their handler.
Dogs with mild environmental sensitivities are welcome.
Females may not participate in the Intro to K9 Nose Work™ or Intro to Odor classes when they are in season. Handlers are encouraged to attend without their dog.
Females in season may participate in the Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced & Elite/Summit classes but MUST wear pants and will run each exercise LAST.
If a class needs to be rescheduled, it will be at the instructor's availability and may be at a different day and time or via Zoom. No refunds, credits or make-up classes will be offered if a class participant is unable to attend the rescheduled class.

Cost per 6 week session:
$165 for Intro to K9 Nose Work ™, Intro to Odor, Beginning K9 Nose Work™, Advanced K9 Nose Work™, Intermediate K9 Nose Work™, Traveling Class and AKC Scent Work.

$175 for the Elite\Summit Class.

Fee is due before a reservation for class will be made and is non-refundable.

Wednesday (Traveling classes. Various Locations; IL):

5:00pm Extreme Nose Work (multi-level traveling class geared towards Elite/Summit)

I understand that attendance at a Nose Work Training Class is not without risk to myself, members of my family or guests who may attend, or my dog, because some of the dogs to which I will be exposed may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care and the terrain may be uneven. I hereby waive and release Happy Dog Concepts LLC and any location which training will occur and their agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation to, any injury (physical or mental), or damage resulting from the action of any dog, and I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any training session or while on the training grounds or the surrounding area thereto. In consideration of and as inducement to the acceptance of my application for nose work training with Happy Dog Concepts LLC, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happy Dog Concepts LLC and their agents from any and all claims, or claims by any member of any family or any other person accompanying me to any training session or while on the grounds of training or the surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including my own. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of Happy Dog Concepts LLC, it is impossible to complete classes, no refund of training fees will be made. The terms of this agreement bind the parties for the current period of training, and all subsequent classes/training/events in which they hereafter participate. There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks. No refunds will be given once a class is registered and paid for - NO EXCEPTIONS!! No equipment is to be used except that approved by the instructor. No photos or videos may be taken during the class(es). *
